從 RAG 到企業級 RAG Part 08 | Query Router 與 Agentic RAG：同一個 /ask endpoint 怎麼決定下一步

Part 07 把 faithfulness / citation / tracing / cost tracking 4 個 production 級能力裝好了，但每題都跑會讓 latency 和 cost 撐不住。Part 08 把這些能力收斂成 5 種 query mode（fast / safe / deep_eval / creative / agentic），並把 Agentic RAG 明確化為受控的 multi-step runtime loop。本文補上兩層 routing：mode router 決定能力組合，pattern router 決定走文件 RAG、SQL / API tool、long-context 或 agentic workflow。重點不是讓 LLM 自由發揮，而是用 deterministic features、escape hatch、per-step trace、budget、timeout 與 final verifier，把 /ask endpoint 變成可控的 production query router。
